Keep a copy of your receipt which is sent to the email used during registration.\nNOTICE TO PARENT/GUARDIAN: When registering your child 17 and under\, please enter the name and date of birth of the participant ONLY. Your phone number\, email\, and name should be included in the registration form. \n\nGates Open at 6pm\nCheck-in by 7pm with the secretary at the announcer stand above the VIP deck.\nEach bracket will have 5 qualifiers that will be automatically entered into the Semi-Finals\n\nBrackets A & B will be entered into the August 5th Semi-Final\nBrackets C & D will be entered into the August 19th Semi-Final\n\n\nWILDCARD: If you don’t qualify through the Semi-Finals\, you have the opportunity to re-enter for the Wild Card event taking place on September 2\, 2026 for an additional $300. The Top 2 from the Wild Card will advance to the Championship Finals on September 16th.\nThe Top 5 from each Semi-Finals will automatically be entered into the Championship Finals on September 16th.\n\nNo Refunds but you can sell/trade your spot if you can’t make it. \nNOTE: By submitting this registration\, I acknowledge that bull riding and all related rodeo activities involve significant and inherent risks\, including the possibility of serious injury or death. DESCRIPTION:General Spectator Information\nAll tickets are sold at the gate and we take CASH ONLY! 13 and Older: $15 6 – 12 yr olds: $5 5 and under: FREE \n\n\n\nGates open at 6:00 PM. The event starts at 7:30 PM. Concessions available! \nNo Pets Allowed\, No Alcohol Allowed \n\n\n\n\n\nYouth Events\nRegister below. Each contestant’s name must be entered. Please enter the guardian’s first and last name as the  \nContestants MUST register between 8am – 8pm the Monday prior to the event. IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY PRIOR TO 8AM EST\, YOUR SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE VALID. Entry fees MUST be paid by 6:45pm the day of the event! \nAll contestants need to be in the grand entry at the beginning. Gates will open at 6pm show starts at 7:30pm \nIf you decide to turn out\, please notify us of the cancellation by 12 pm Tuesday\, the day prior to the event date. If we are not notified by the turn out deadline you will be required to pay the entry fee of this event and the next event you enter. We appreciate your understanding as it takes a lot of work to make these events happen.  \nEntry Fees –  CASH Payment is due upon arrival on the day of the event. \n\nCowgirls’ Youth Barrel Racin’ $25 (12yrs old and under)\nMutton Bustin’ $20 | Champion buckle given to the winner (7yrs old and under | Max 50lbs)\n\n\n\n\n \nBracket System Events\nBull Riding and Timed Events will remain open for registration throughout this season.
